How does the 14-day free trial work?
When you sign up, you get full access to your chosen plan for 14 days. No credit card is required to start. If you decide to continue after the trial, you will be asked to add a payment method. If not, your account simply pauses — no charge, no hassle.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features and we pro-rate the cost. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my property limit?
We will notify you when you are approaching your property limit. You will not lose access to existing data, but you will need to upgrade to add more properties. Existing compliance tracking continues uninterrupted.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 25% compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your account settings.
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel monthly billing at any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled with a pro-rata refund for unused months.
Do you offer discounts for landlord associations?
Yes. We offer partnership pricing for NRLA members, local landlord associations and property networking groups. Contact us to discuss volume discounts for your organisation.
Is my data secure?
Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We comply with UK GDPR, have data processing agreements with all sub-processors, and never sell your data to third parties. Full details in our privacy policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Direct debit is available for annual Agency and Agency Pro plans.
